Investigations and Mediation

Judy Begley is widely recognized as a highly experienced and capable independent workplace investigator, assessor and mediator. She provides professional and confidential services in investigating all types of workplace issues, including collective agreement violations, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace misconduct.  She also assists in the resolution of workplace disputes by mediating dialogue between workers to help them develop solutions for moving forward respectfully and professionally. 

Judy has conducted investigations and/or mediation in the health care, nursing home, transportation, manufacturing, education, security, policing, municipal and industrial sectors.  She can also conduct workplace environment assessments and provide recommendations as to how to help improve workplace relationships in the future.  Her work in this area has taken her throughout the Atlantic Provinces.
